We were contacted in regard this instruction as a housing association were placing the client under pressure to have the property returned with all items removed. Upon quotation we
discovered many items of interest and a number of antiques that we could sell. A credit was raised for the client and off set against costs of rubbish removal and waste transfer, this was a big
job as it included outbuildings and garage as well as garden and sheds. Time taken was five days to the complete satisfaction of the client.
