This property located close to Lincoln Citys Football ground was a recent purchase for a local property developer and lettings agency that had not instructed us before so we were keen to impress
and show our abilty to undertake difficult cases. As can be seen on the following pictures this instruction was a challange however despite the condition of the contents items could still be
raised as a credit for the client on the invoice. Time taken was three days starting on a Friday as a time contraint was in place due to builders arriving the following Tuesday the property was
handed back to the client on the Monday lunchtime to complete satisfaction.
