Probate House Clearance Gainsborough

This property Located at Lea Just outside the Town of Gainsborough was soon to be offered for sale by a local Estage Agent.  

Having met the vendor at the property and listened carefully to what was required, seeing the contents and explained our service they were very pleased to learn we could commence work the next day.

 As well as this having been informed the client would prefer to not be present we were entrusted with the keys to give 24hr access and this would also save traveling over by the client.

The entire clearance took one and a half days requiring three van loads of contents and a final light clean of the property.

The Completion pictures were then emailed to the client and the keys were returned to the agent.

The Client emailed a very nice reply with an expression of total satisfaction with our service.
