This property was with a leading UK property Auctioneer who recommended our service to the vendor who was from Lincoln wih the property being located in Boston.

During the probate process sadly the property was broken into and occupied resulting with the problems shown in the following pictures building up over time.

Although the property appeared in a very challenging position a considerable credit could still be raised for items within the property that could be later sold.

This also included a considerable amount of photographic antiques, artistic items of interest and related paraphernalia.

The entire clearance took 14 days due to the large size and content with the office being delighted to receive the following email from the client upon completion.
