Solicitors Probate Executive Property Bourne

An email was received requesting a quotation for a property that had just been granted probate in Bourne Lincolnshire which was soon  to be marketed.  The property was viewed the following Wednesday morning and a firm quotation submitted to the solicitor in the afternoon who promptly forwarded to their client.  A notification of acceptence was recieved promptly and the clearance began on the following Monday.  This was a large three bedroomed detached property with a garage and garden shed also full of content.  All rubbish was transferred to a licenced facility and the property was given a vacuum and clean before the keys were returned to the Solicitors office the following Friday.  All parties concerned expressed complete satisfaction of the very efficient and professional manner shown by FHC at all times during the process.
